Fresh engagement parts for a CFNex hub: ratchet ring, pawl springs and the seals that come apart with them, plus the tool to refit it cleanly.
Engagement parts wear before anything else on a hub: the ratchet ring teeth, the little springs that push the pawls, and the seals that keep grit out. This kit is those parts, matched to CFNex hubs, so the freehub can be serviced at the kitchen table instead of shipped to a workshop.
More engagement points mean the drive picks up sooner out of a corner and the hub sounds louder while coasting; fewer points are quieter and drag a little less. 18T is the quiet, easy-coasting setting, 36T is the balanced one most riders land on, 54T is for riders who want the shortest possible pickup. None of them changes your cassette standard.
Tell us which hub and which freehub standard you run, ideally with a photo of the ring coming off. Tooth count and spline are two separate choices and both have to be right, so we confirm the combination in writing before this ships.
Rings and springs are wear parts. If engagement has started to feel rough, the freehub sounds gritty, or a pawl has stopped snapping back, that is the signal – do not wait for it to slip under load.
In-stock kits leave the warehouse within 5 business days. Shipping is by FedEx, DHL or UPS, usually 5 to 10 days in transit. Orders delivered to the EU below the free-shipping threshold carry the flat customs handling fee from 1 November.
Patented Glue-Free Locking | Every Watt Counts
CFNex eliminates the power loss of traditional glued connections. This translates to instantaneous power transfer—when you sprint or climb, you feel an immediate, solid response from the bike, with no energy wasted in flex. It’s efficiency you can feel in every pedal stroke.
Engineered Reliability | Ride With Confidence
Beyond lightness, we engineer for unwavering trust. Each wheel undergoes rigorous impact and fatigue testing (exceeding 25,000 cycles) to simulate years of harsh riding. This ensures your CFNex wheels are not just high-performance, but a dependable component you can rely on for the long haul, on any road.
