This is the form CFNex asks you to fill out for a warranty claim, a return or cancellation, a crash replacement or a spare part. The Warranty Policy, the Refund and Returns Policy and the Crash Replacement page all point here.
How to submit it
Copy the list below into an email to service@cfnex.com, or use the button, which opens your email app with the subject already filled in. Attach your photos — a claim without photos cannot be assessed.
What to send
Order number: Name on the order: Product (model and rim depth) and freehub standard (Shimano HG / SRAM XDR): Request type (warranty claim / return / cancellation / crash replacement / spare part): What happened: Date of purchase and date the problem appeared: Serial or sticker number on the hub or rim, if visible: Current shipping address and phone: What you would like us to do (repair / replace / refund):
Photos
- The whole wheel or the whole product, front and back.
- A close-up of the defect, damage or impact point, in daylight if possible.
- The tyre and the freehub body, so we can see the standard you are running.
- The packaging, if the damage happened in transit.
Before you send anything back
- Do not ship any item back without our prior approval. Items returned without approval are not eligible for a refund.
- Transit damage and missing parts must be reported within 7 days of delivery; after that CFNex cannot be held responsible for the damage or the loss.
- Returns that are not caused by a product defect must be raised within 30 days of delivery, and you pay the shipping to your address, the shipping back to CFNex, and any taxes, fees or duties.
- If you are reporting a manufacturing fault, we pay the shipping and the associated taxes. If the issue was caused by external factors, you are responsible for those shipping fees and related taxes — the same rule that is written in our Warranty Policy.
- For custom orders (custom rims, upgraded hubs, upgraded spokes, custom decals or no decals), changes and cancellations are usually no longer possible 24 hours after you ordered.
What happens next
Once we have the form and the photos we review them and contact you with the next step — a repair, a replacement part, a rebuilt wheel, instructions for a return, or a refund decision — with the shipping and tax position spelled out before you agree to anything.
