Padded case that holds a pair of wheels for flying, for shipping a wheel back for service, or for storing the second set.
A structured, padded case for a pair of wheels. Three jobs: fly with a wheelset without handing it to an airport belt loose, ship a wheel back to us for a rebuild or a crash replacement, and keep the second set out of sunlight and dust in the off season.
Ask us for the internal dimensions and the packed weight first, and tell us which wheels you are putting in it – depth, rim width and whether they are disc or rim brake. If a set does not sit in it square, we would rather say so before you buy than after.
Airline rules on wheels in checked baggage change by carrier and by country, so check yours before you pack. This is a case, not a hard flight cert, and it is not a substitute for the airline’s own packaging rules.
In-stock cases leave the warehouse within 5 business days. Shipping is by FedEx, DHL or UPS, usually 5 to 10 days in transit. Orders delivered to the EU below the free-shipping threshold carry the flat customs handling fee from 1 November.
Patented Glue-Free Locking | Every Watt Counts
CFNex eliminates the power loss of traditional glued connections. This translates to instantaneous power transfer—when you sprint or climb, you feel an immediate, solid response from the bike, with no energy wasted in flex. It’s efficiency you can feel in every pedal stroke.
Engineered Reliability | Ride With Confidence
Beyond lightness, we engineer for unwavering trust. Each wheel undergoes rigorous impact and fatigue testing (exceeding 25,000 cycles) to simulate years of harsh riding. This ensures your CFNex wheels are not just high-performance, but a dependable component you can rely on for the long haul, on any road.
